Previously, Cydnei was a receptionist that did her best to make the people she was on the phone with feel heard and understood. Since she started with CCSOD, those qualities haven’t left her. Outside of work, she enjoys adding new books to her kindle unlimited library, going to the movies and finding new Lego sets to put together.
